Project Brief
KVB is one of the earliest banks in the country to achieve full networking of its branches under Core Banking Solutions. The bank has always been a front-runner in adopting and leveraging on technology to offer products and services to its customers. The bank was one of the pioneers in deploying ATMs, Bunch Note Recycler Machines, Fully Automated Passbook Printers & Cheque Deposit Kiosks as a move towards self-service banking. The bank also set a blazing trail in implementing Internet Banking and Mobile Banking to its customers.
Process
Karur Vysya Bank wanted to revamp their website to provide an incredible user experience to their customers. The new site has to be up to date in terms of design standards and should give the users a rich experience. We took it as a challenge and designed it in a way that its design has gained a huge popularity among their customers.
Alongside the design and development, we have also increased KVB website's scalability and responsiveness to cater the needs. Integrated a chat support plugin and optimised the website which in-turn resulted in a very minimal loading time.
The site also has a very interactive dynamic page set-up for few applications to display the Interest rates accordingly based on the current banking norms. Using the specifically designed CMS for backend, varying interest rates will always be up-to-date as the data will be fed into the system in a fraction of second.
