What responsibilities will you be handling ?
As a Business Analyst at Mallow, you will be at the forefront of driving transformative projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Some of the key responsibilities in this role include:
- Requirements Elicitation & Analysis - Engage with stakeholders to identify, gather, and document business requirements for projects. Analyze and translate high-level business needs into detailed functional requirements.
- Business Process Modeling - Create process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams to visually represent current and future business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Documentation -Prepare clear and comprehensive requirement documents, such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories.
- Stakeholder Communication - Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, developers, and QA teams, to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and project progress.
- Problem Solving - Analyze complex business problems and provide data-driven solutions and recommendations to improve processes, systems, and strategies.
- Testing Support -Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to define test cases and ensure that the delivered solution meets the specified requirements.
- Continuous Improvement -ColContinuously identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of best practices within the organization.
- Project Management Support - Collaborate with project managers to plan and monitor project progress, ensuring that requirements are delivered on time and within budget.
Required qualifications/ skills
- A degree in any discipline
- Strong analytical, quantitative skills and ability to work with business owners to define key business aspects.
- Strong passion for technology and understanding industry trends.
- Good communication skills(written & verbal).
- Ability to explain approach, process, and insights to technical and non-technical teammates.
- Able to perform gracefully in a multitasking project environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent time and stakeholders management, decision-making, leadership and planning skills with the ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with experience in requirement gathering, preparing wireframe and BRD/FSD is preferable, but not mandatory.

- Research and come up with solutions for the business problems in co-ordination with other teams
- Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
- Work in collaboration with the development team to implement the solution.
- Generate frequent status reports to Stakeholders & teams.
- Conduct user trials & acceptance tests both in-house and externally to evaluate and enhance the value of the product.
- Maintain the business value of the product in all modes of communication.
- Identify gaps if any with a proposed functional solution
- Outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business.
