A growing textile manufacturer faced this challenge, relying heavily on paperwork for production orders, approvals, and budget tracking. Repetitive data entry and manual processes led to delays, errors, and increased operational effort.
As the business expanded, these inefficiencies became harder to control. The lack of a centralized system made it difficult to streamline workflows, enforce access control, and gain clear visibility into operations and financial performance.
Mallow developed Basel, a custom Laravel-based ERP platform that digitized workflows, automated processes, and unified order management, approvals, reporting, and analytics, enabling better efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across the organization.

What was our approach
Mallow approached this as a full-scale operational transformation, focusing on digitizing workflows while supporting complex business logic. We designed a centralized ERP system to automate key processes such as order management, budget approvals, and reporting, reducing manual effort.
The platform was built to handle customer-specific logic and enable dynamic role-based access for administrators. By minimizing repetitive tasks through automation and templates, and providing real-time reporting and analytics, the system improves efficiency and supports better, data-driven decision-making.
