A South India-based ride-hailing company approached Mallow after facing major challenges with a rigid off-the-shelf platform that failed to support their growing needs. The system frequently encountered performance issues during peak hours, lacked proper reporting, made driver onboarding costly, and made it difficult to launch in new cities quickly. Their mobile apps were also unstable, leading to frustration for both users and drivers. 

To address this, Mallow built a new platform from the ground up with a modular design that supports fast growth, reliable performance, and seamless scalability. We rebuilt the mobile apps, integrated a real-time fare meter, and developed a robust backend capable of handling high booking volumes without downtime. We also embedded advanced analytics, giving the client clear insights to make faster, smarter decisions and efficiently expand into new markets.
