We worked with them from the beginning to design and develop the entire platform. As the number of users grew, operational challenges increased including recurring SSL issues, poor email delivery, rising bot attacks, and mounting pressure to meet HIPAA and SOC2 compliance.
Manual processes also led to downtime and inconsistent performance, weakening customer trust. Mallow addressed these issues by automating SSL renewals, restructuring the email infrastructure, implementing advanced bot protection, and migrating the platform to AWS. We also modernized the website builder and integrated a CDN, creating a secure and high-performing foundation built for scale.
