Mallow Technologies Private Limited is thrilled to offer Indiasoft attendees an exclusive 2-week free trial, showcasing our expertise in custom software development. This trial focuses on delivering new development, system audits, and consulting services, enabling you to assess our capabilities and team compatibility.  

Our goal is to build trust and demonstrate how we deliver tailored solutions that align with your business needs. Please note, the decision to proceed with the trial will be at the sole discretion of Mallow Technologies’ team. Read further to discover the details and benefits of this trial.

What are the eligibility criteria and scope of the free trial?

This exclusive trial is tailored for Indiasoft attendees to evaluate our expertise and working methodology. Below are the key eligibility and scope details: 

Who is eligible?

  • Available exclusively to attendees of the Indiasoft event. 
  • Limited to businesses actively seeking a trusted development partner. 
  • Restricted to one trial per company. 

Scope of the trial

  • Covers a maximum of 40 development hours per week. Therefore, 80 development hours will be provided over a span of 2 weeks. 
  • Supports specific technologies that Mallow offers. Please refer to the heading “Technologies we work with for more details. 
  • During this 2-week trial period, you can fully utilize the 80 development hours for any of the services we offer at Mallow, including development, consulting, auditing, basic testing, and receiving regular updates (daily or weekly) based on your needs. 

Terms and limitations

  • Third-party tools, software, or API costs are not included.
  • Duration: Two weeks, starting from a date mutually agreed upon. Team Mallow will reach out to confirm the trial’s start date after reviewing the details of your requirements to ensure everything is aligned. 
  • Scope of work to be finalized before the trial begins. 
  • Deliverables depend on task complexity and are not guaranteed to be production-ready.  

Ownership and confidentiality

  • Code or assets created during the trial remain the client’s property. 
  • If continuing with a paid engagement, full IP transfer is ensured. 
  • An NDA can be signed upon request to maintain confidentiality.

  • No third-party costs covered – Any fees related to tools, software, or APIs will be borne by the client.  
  • Limited to trial scope – Full-scale project development or long-term maintenance support is beyond the trial’s scope.
